Payments & refunds

Transaction in the sidebar lists every payment for one day. Pick a date, or press Today.

Each row shows the Amount, Tip, Total, Payment Method (card, cash, digital wallet, split…) and Status. Search by client name or transaction number.

Refund a card payment

1. Find the payment and press Refund.
2. Check the amount and press Confirm Refund.

ध्यान दें

• Refunds give back everything left on the payment. Partial refunds aren’t available yet.
• Only completed card payments can be refunded here. Give cash back from the till.
