Everything about money lives in Settings, in two tabs.
Payments tab: taking card payments
Section titled “Payments tab: taking card payments”Card terminals are set up by our team. Email support@focalpos.com to get one; see Get paid.
Once it’s connected, pick your location here to see its Payment Provider, its paired Payment Terminal, and the Terminal Display settings: tips, branding, and what clients see after paying.
Tip settings

| Quick-pick suggestions | Up to 4 buttons, e.g. 18%, 20%, 25% |
| Allow custom tip amounts | Let clients type their own |
| Maximum tip (% of subtotal) | Guards against typos, like $200 instead of $20 |
