Managers & front desk access

Members are people who can sign in to this dashboard, such as a manager, a receptionist or a business partner. (The people clients book are Employees.)

Open Members
  1. Press Invite Member and enter their Email Address.
  2. Choose an Access Level:
    • Business Administrator: can do almost everything
    • Custom Access: you pick exactly what they can do
  3. With Custom Access, choose permissions (for example, view customers but not delete them) and which locations they can see.
  4. Review & Send, then Send Invitation.

They get an email with a link. Waiting invites are under Pending Invitations, where you can Resend or Revoke them.
