Get paid

Card payments happen on a Clover card terminal at your front desk. We set it up with you. Just email us.

1. Email us at support@focalpos.com. Tell us your salon’s name, which location it’s for, and whether you already have a Clover account or device.

2. We connect it for you. We link Clover to your FocalPOS location and pair the terminal, one per location.

3. Take a test payment on your test booking, then find it under Transactions.

Once your terminal is connected

In Settings → Payments, under Terminal Display, you can choose how checkout looks:

• Enable tipping, the suggested tip amounts, and whether clients can type their own
• Your Logo URL and Primary color on the terminal screen
• Ask customers for SMS consent and Ask for a star rating after they pay
• A Logout PIN for the terminal. Change it from the default 000000.
