Add your services & prices

Every service needs a category, so make your categories first, for example Nails, Lashes, Waxing.

1. Make your categories

1. Go to Services → List in the sidebar.

2. Press Category, type a Category Name and press Create Category. Repeat for each category.

   To rename or remove categories later, use Manage Categories.

The service form needs at least one category to pick from. Make a category first.

2. Add a service

Add a service

1. Basic Info: Service Name, Category and Duration (minutes). A description is optional; clients see it when they book.

   Duration is how long the calendar blocks off, in minutes. Include clean-up time if you need it.

2. Pricing: enter the Base Price (at least $0.01), then choose how it shows:

   • Fixed: “$45”
   • Starting At: “From $45”, for services that can cost more
   • Variable: “Varies”, when you price in person

3. Visibility: leave Visible to Customers on if clients can book it online. Switch on Add-on only for extras like nail art that are never booked on their own.

4. Locations: tick the locations that offer it. You can set a different price per location here.

5. Press Create Service.

After creating a service, edit it and open Add-ons to suggest extras at booking, with an Amount off or Percent off discount if you like.
